Ciro Immobile has identified Inter as the top contender in Serie A for the upcoming season, noting the turmoil among their main competitors as a significant advantage for the champions.
As reported by Noi Biancocelesti, the current Italy striker, currently plying his trade at Paris FC, believes the key to success lies in continuity.
“I think Inter are the favorites. I’ve seen numerous managerial changes, which creates a need for teams to regroup, while Inter remains well-organized,” he commented. “Milan, Napoli, and Juventus need to ramp up their game to challenge them.”
It’s hard to dispute this observation. Milan is beginning anew under Ruben Amorim, Napoli has appointed Massimiliano Allegri to succeed Antonio Conte, and Juventus is continuing their development under Luciano Spalletti.
In contrast, Inter maintains its faith in Cristian Chivu and the core group that led them to the Scudetto, offering a stability that their challengers currently lack.

Immobile Discusses Italy’s Coaching Situation
Immobile also commented on the open coaching position for the Italy national team, which seems to be a contest between Conte and Mancini. He refrained from taking sides.
“Both have performed admirably. I recall our success at the Euros under Conte, despite facing teams like Spain and Germany,” he expressed. “Mancini guided the last victorious Italy squad, leaving a positive memory for the younger generation.”
Having played under both managers with the national team, Immobile’s insights provide a unique perspective, offering little to differentiate the two leading candidates for Italy’s future.
