Tottenham’s inconsistent performances continue to frustrate fans.

After a spirited yet ultimately disappointing 5-3 loss to Paris St-Germain on Wednesday, they faced a catastrophic first half in their 2-1 defeat to Fulham.

This defeat marked their 10th home loss in the Premier League for the year, a record they have never surpassed in their history.

Frank’s team was lackluster defensively and struggled to create chances up front.

The first goal came from a pass by Samuel Chukwueze that slipped between two defenders to find Kenny Tete.

Shortly after, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario rushed out of his box to intercept a long ball, but his weak clearance went directly to Harry Wilson, leading to the second goal.

The crowd reacted negatively, booing Vicario just a minute later when he mishandled the ball again.

Spurs had never before trailed by two goals at home in a Premier League game so early, and things could have deteriorated further.

Chukwueze nearly scored again, hitting the post after Spurs failed to clear a corner, then rounding Vicario but was thwarted by Micky van de Ven before he could find the net.

In the first half, Spurs delivered 16 open-play crosses, yet none connected with a teammate, and they failed to create a single clear scoring chance.

The second half saw an improvement, although it couldn’t have been any worse. Yet, only two of their shots were on target, with Mohammed Kudus the sole player to beat Bernd Leno, thanks to a well-placed shot from Lucas Bergvall’s lofted pass.
