Bruce Anderson has dedicated his last-minute equaliser against Hearts to the Kilmarnock fans, encouraging his teammates to build on the 1-1 draw with the league leaders.
Anderson’s goal in the 90th minute at Tynecastle canceled out Lawrence Shankland’s second-half strike, marking Kilmarnock’s second consecutive point after a rough patch of six losses in a row.

This goal was also Anderson’s second in as many matches, and the striker shared his thoughts with Killie TV: “It’s been tough these past few weeks, so to secure a point like that is really encouraging.
“The fans are the most important part of this club, and that goal was for them. I hope they leave here with something to hold onto and a bit of that feel-good factor we’ve been missing in recent times.
“As our captain [Brad Lyons] mentioned, it’s crucial that we build on this. Two draws aren’t what we wanted, but after the run we’ve had, we’ll take these small victories and look to push forward now.
“I’ve always believed we’d get through this rough patch, and it’s all about capitalizing on this point; scoring that late feels almost like a victory.”
