Lincoln City, currently in contention for League One promotion, has secured the loan signing of Ryan One, a Scotland Under-21 forward, from Sheffield United until the conclusion of the season.
The 19-year-old has made 22 appearances for the Blades across all competitions since joining from Scottish club Hamilton Academical in September 2023.
One debuted in the Premier League just a month after his signing but has struggled to find consistent first-team action since then.
Thus far this season, he has played in seven matches but has not seen game time since November.
Lincoln successfully beat out interest from Rotherham United and other League One teams in their pursuit of the young forward, who is set to enhance their attacking lineup.
Imps sporting director Jez George stated that One brings “pace, power, and physicality” to their squad as they aim for Championship success.
“He is coming on loan to create a significant impact, and we believe he possesses all the qualities we value to achieve that,” George explained to the club website.
