Barnsley Leads the Pursuit for Figueroa
According to a report from the Liverpool Echo, several clubs lower down the football hierarchy are interested in the young striker.
“Keyrol Figueroa is being pursued on loan by a number of clubs, including League One team Barnsley and League Two sides Salford City and Shrewsbury Town,” the report states.
Figueroa has been the subject of transfer speculation since January when his previous contract was nearing its end. FC Porto and other international clubs showed interest, but he ultimately remained at Anfield.
