Yan Diomandé (19) is reportedly on the verge of leaving RB Leipzig this summer. Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are being mentioned as potential new clubs for the Ivorian winger, who has expressed his long-standing admiration for PSG.
Diomandé had an impressive season with 13 goals and nine assists, playing a crucial role in RB Leipzig’s return to the Champions League. His outstanding performances have caught the attention of top European clubs, and according to Foot Mercato, he is said to have reached an agreement with PSG, who have recently secured back-to-back UEFA Champions League titles.
In a recent conversation with Téléfoot, Diomandé shared his thoughts on PSG’s success in the Champions League, mentioning that his father is a supporter of Les Parisiens. He stated, “I have loved PSG since I was a kid, but I am not looking ahead to my future. My focus is on the World Cup, and then we’ll see.”
As a French speaker, Diomandé will face Les Bleus in a friendly match before the tournament, where his team will also compete against Ecuador, Germany, and Curacao during the group stages.
