The Premier League has announced the match officials who will oversee Manchester City’s upcoming home match, which is the first of three remaining games this season in the top-flight league.

Pep Guardiola’s team experienced significant disappointment in their last match, letting two points slip away in a thrilling 3-3 draw against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Jeremy Doku made a stunning strike to open the scoring before halftime, but a loss of control in the second half allowed Thierno Barry equalized for Everton, putting the Toffees ahead shortly after. Barry then helped extend their lead to 3-1.

City responded quickly, with Erling Haaland managing to lob the ball over Jordan Pickford in a one-on-one situation, before Doku scored from distance in the seventh minute of stoppage time, leveling the score again.

An Everton supporter was arrested for racially abusing Antoine Semenyo during the Manchester City draw.

This draw leaves Manchester City five points behind Mikel Arteta’s Champions League finalists, although they have a game in hand. This implies that City will need assistance from another team to challenge the Gunners in the remaining weeks of the season.

Before their clash with Brentford, the Premier League has unveiled the list of officials who will manage the match at the Etihad Stadium!

These matches include a third-round FA Cup game, a Premier League fixture, and most recently, a Carabao Cup third-round match in September against City’s 0-2 victory over Huddersfield Town.
