Metz Agrees to Saudi Bid…

FC Metz, who faced relegation to Ligue 2 last season, have reportedly accepted a transfer offer from a Saudi Arabian club for their talented midfielder, Alpha Touré (20), according to a report from L’Équipe.

Touré joined Les Grenats as part of their collaboration with Génération Foot in Senegal. He made his Ligue 1 debut last season after impressively breaking through during Metz’s promotion campaign. The defensive midfielder appeared in 30 matches in France‘s top division.

The Senegalese youth international is now poised for a transfer to Saudi Arabia, as Metz has accepted a €7 million bid (with an additional €3 million in bonuses) from Al-Diraiyah, according to L’Équipe. He has already been given the green light to negotiate personal terms with the Saudi club.

Touré will be among several players leaving Metz this summer following their relegation. Defender Sadibou Sané is also expected to depart, having reportedly signed a five-year contract with AS Monaco, as reported by Get French Football News.
