The Swiss midfielder, who has been gradually finding his place in Allegri’s squad, spoke highly of the Milan head coach during an interview with Il Foglio.

“He is a mentor for me, and I strive to absorb as much knowledge as I can from him,” Jashari remarked, according to quotes via TuttoMercatoWeb.

“Allegri has a wealth of experience and regularly engages with me. He encourages me to push forward, to play with energy, and to take shots when chances arise. He motivates me to improve, even in training.”

Jashari also noted that his role on the pitch has evolved significantly in recent years, emphasizing the importance of Allegri’s guidance in his adaptation process.

His aspirations at the club are refreshingly direct.

“I am here to win, for myself, for the team, and for the supporters,” he stated. “I aim to give my all every day, with passion and professionalism. I hope to wear this jersey for many more years.”

Regarding immediate goals, Jashari was unambiguous. With Milan positioned second in Serie A, six points behind Inter and with eight games left in the season, the Swiss international is aware of the expectations.

“We must focus on each game; our goal is to return to the Champions League among Europe’s elite clubs,” he remarked. “We understand the hard work required, but we are not intimidated by it.”
