England international Poppy Pattinson has signed a new deal with London City Lionesses, keeping her at the club until the summer of 2029.
The full-back earned her first senior England cap in March 2026 during qualification for the 2027 Women’s World Cup, when she was in the squad to face Ukraine and Iceland.
An injury ruled Pattinson out for much of last season.
Pattinson described the campaign as a personal rollercoaster.
She said it began with a new challenge—an injury—before returning to earn an international call-up.
She added she will always be grateful that her debut arrived while she was at this club.
The 26-year-old has previously represented WSL sides Manchester City, Everton and Brighton.
She said she is delighted to commit to a new contract.
Pattinson believes this is a place where she can continue to learn and grow, and that she has plenty more to give.
She also feels the squad has huge potential and is excited to be part of it.
