After being substituted in Milan’s match against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday evening, Milan forward Rafael Leao appeared quite displeased.
Lazio took the lead in the first half with a goal from Danish winger Gustav Isaksen, and Leao struggled to make a significant impact in turning the tide for his team.
As a result, with 25 minutes remaining, Rossoneri head coach Massimiliano Allegri opted to substitute the Portuguese star along with midfielder Youssouf Fofana, bringing on more traditional strikers, Fullkrug and Nkunku.

Leao’s Frustration After Substitution in Lazio Clash
Leao expressed his discontent over being taken off, lingering on the field before exiting.
Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan hurried over to encourage him to leave more quickly, while Allegri attempted to comfort him, only to be promptly pushed away as Leao made his way to the bench.
A short while later, the former Lille player was seen kicking bottles in frustration along the touchline.
While his feelings of frustration are understandable, the forward’s reaction seemed somewhat arrogant at a crucial moment for his team, especially in a must-win match to stay in the Scudetto race.
