As the winter transfer window nears its close on Monday evening, Real Madrid is not expected to make any significant moves, with the possibility of one or two outgoing transfers. Currently, the only expected departure is Endrick Felipe, who will be joining Lyon on loan.

Fran Garcia, currently positioned behind Alvaro Carreras, Ferland Mendy, and Eduardo Camavinga in the left-back hierarchy, is likely to depart Real Madrid by 2026 due to limited playing time. A move in the summer seems plausible, although Miguel Angel Diaz has disclosed that AFC Bournemouth from the Premier League has expressed interest in acquiring him now.

Real Madrid Rejects Bournemouth’s Offer
Bournemouth’s manager, Andoni Iraola, who previously worked with Garcia at Rayo Vallecano, regards the player highly and hopes to secure him for the remainder of the Premier League season. However, Real Madrid has rejected the offer presented by Bournemouth.

It’s clear that Real Madrid aims to keep their first-team squad intact for the remainder of the season. Despite his decreased role at the Bernabeu, Garcia remains considered an important player, which explains the club’s decision to turn down Bournemouth’s proposal.
Nevertheless, it appears that the remaining months for Garcia at Real Madrid are limited. He has struggled to maintain the required performance level, and with Carreras, Mendy, and Camavinga currently being prioritized in the left-back position, a permanent move in the summer transfer window seems inevitable. While Bournemouth may be a potential destination, it won’t happen at this moment.
