Swansea City is nearing an agreement to acquire Elijah Just, the international winger from Motherwell and New Zealand.
The 26-year-old was a key player for the All Whites during this summer’s World Cup, where he participated in all three matches and netted three goals.

Championship club Swansea will need to invest a significant amount, potentially surpassing the current club record transfer fee, to secure Just’s signature, who has also drawn interest from Celtic.
Just joined Motherwell in 2025 after having spent most of his career in Denmark.
During his time at Fir Park, he made 43 appearances, scored seven goals, and was nominated for the Premiership Player of the Year award.
Should he finalize a move to Wales, Just will join fellow New Zealand international Marko Stamenic at Swansea.
He would also reconnect with Stephen Welsh, who spent last season on loan at Motherwell from Celtic.
