In 2025, PSG appears to be expanding its talent scouting efforts in England, having engaged with several Premier League clubs, including Manchester City, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.
One standout player gaining attention is Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton. TBR Football has recently reported that Wharton is under close watch from Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United as his development continues.

If Wharton opts to advance his career, he can expect robust overseas interest, with clubs like Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and PSG keeping an eye on him.
According to Mirror Football, Wharton has expressed a desire to play Champions League football at his next destination.
Consequently, Manchester United views Wharton as a key target, while PSG, regularly competing in the Champions League under Luis Enrique, may have an advantage in the competition for his signature.

Tottenham had previously shown interest in Wharton during the last transfer window; however, Crystal Palace was not receptive to offers, with the club unwilling to entertain discussions despite interest from Manchester United, Chelsea, and Real Madrid.

The report also notes that the management at Crystal Palace remains committed to keeping the highly regarded midfielder, despite expectations that manager Oliver Glasner and standout defender Marc Guehi may soon depart.
The club, however, acknowledges that Wharton could be sold if a compelling offer is presented.
