Vancouver Whitecaps showcased an impressive performance by annihilating Minnesota United with a staggering 6-0 victory at BC Place, solidifying their strong start to the 2026 season.

The scoring began early with the first of two penalties, expertly converted by midfield standout and USMNT World Cup contender Sebastian Berhalter.

Just five minutes later, Bryan White increased their advantage, followed by Mathías Laborda extending the lead to three goals by the 23rd minute.

Emmanuel Sabbi added a fourth just before the halftime whistle, and White netted his second from the penalty spot in the 54th minute, exacerbating Minnesota’s struggles.

New addition James Rodríguez made his debut for Minnesota in the final half-hour, but it had little impact as Vancouver scored their sixth goal in the 75th minute, with Cheikh Sabaly marking his first for the club.

As a result, Vancouver rises to the top of the Western Conference standings, maintaining a perfect record (4-0-0) alongside MLS Cup contenders LAFC.

NER Overwhelms Cincinnati

Goals: Ceballos 25′, 45+3′, Turgeman 31′, Yusuf 53′, Yow 87′, Miller 89′; Valenzuela 19′.

Red Card: Valenzuela 69′

At Gillette Stadium, the New England Revolution dominated Cincinnati, securing a decisive 6-1 victory in front of their home crowd.

However, it was Cincinnati who struck first through Dado Valenzuela, who made a strong run and found the bottom right corner past Matt Turner.

But momentum swiftly shifted in favor of the Revolution.

Brayan Ceballos equalized with a downward header for his first MLS goal, followed by Dor Turgeman adding a second with a powerful header, making it 3-1.

Shortly after halftime, things worsened for Cincinnati, as Yusuf netted the fourth goal—another header—around the 53rd minute.

Adding to their woes, Valenzuela received a straight red card, leaving the visitors down a man and three goals behind.

In the closing minutes, Griffin Yow and Peyton Miller added two more goals, with Miller’s strike curling into the top left corner, marking New England’s first win of the season and their inaugural six-goal game.
