Aston Villa is currently in advanced negotiations to acquire Alejandro Garnacho on a loan deal, which may include a future obligation to purchase.
The 21-year-old Argentina winger was put up for sale by Chelsea last month for £43 million, although the club is considering a move that could lead to a permanent transfer, contingent on certain conditions, even if it begins as a loan.

This development comes on the heels of Chelsea’s acquisition of Morgan Rogers for a record fee of £117 million from Villa on Tuesday night.
If this transfer goes through, Garnacho would become Villa’s fourth signing in a hectic summer that has seen numerous arrivals and departures, following the signings of Johan Manzambi, Joao Gomes, and Modou Keba Cisse.
Villa has generated nearly £200 million from player sales, including exits for Youri Tielemans, Donyell Malen, Enzo Barrenechea, and Lewis Dobbin.
Despite having signed Garnacho from Manchester United for £40 million just last September, Chelsea is eager to offload him. Should he leave, United would receive 10 percent of any transfer fee.
Garnacho’s contribution at Stamford Bridge has been minimal, with just one Premier League goal to his name. The recent signings of Rogers and Sporting winger Geovany Quenda have prompted a need for Chelsea to trim their squad.
