Henrik Larsson

A name synonymous with Scottish football, Henrik Larsson made his mark after joining in the summer of 1997, amassing 315 appearances and 242 goals.

Regarded as one of the greatest players in Celtic’s history, he is affectionately known as “The King of Kings” by fans.

From the heartbreak of Seville to triumph in the Champions League with Barcelona—where he received praise from Thierry Henry—Larsson is undeniably an icon of the sport.

Gary McAllister

Gary McAllister, brought to Liverpool by Gerard Houllier as a seasoned veteran, was already an established title winner in England with Leeds, where he was part of a formidable midfield alongside David Batty, Gary Speed, and Gordon Strachan.

Initially keeping a young Steven Gerrard out of the lineup, he later led Liverpool to a treble.

Although his missed penalty against England remains a defining moment, McAllister refuses to allow it to overshadow his illustrious career.

A distinguished leader of his national team and an inductee into the Scottish Football Hall of Fame, McAllister is celebrated as one of Scotland’s finest midfielders.

Davie Cooper

Graeme Souness has expressed that one of his greatest regrets is allowing Davie Cooper to leave Ibrox.

As an extraordinary winger who resisted being labeled, Cooper is celebrated as one of the most talented players to have represented Rangers and Scotland.

His Scottish Cup victory with Motherwell is still cherished by the Fir Park crowd.
