Fiorentina’s attempt to secure the signing of Tolu Arokodare has been thwarted, as Wolves have turned down their approach for the forward.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, via FirenzeViola, Fiorentina made an offer for the striker, but it was rejected by the Premier League side.

The club is actively searching for a wide attacker to enhance Fabio Grosso’s options, exploring various possibilities while they wait on Luca Koleosho.
However, Arokodare appears to be a challenging target for more than one reason.

Arokodare’s Reluctance Poses a Challenge for Fiorentina
The rejection from Wolves is not the sole hindrance for Fiorentina.
Trabzonspor has also expressed interest in the Nigerian international born in 2000 and has made their own unsuccessful approach. However, the more significant challenge for any prospective club may be Arokodare’s personal preference; he reportedly lacks enthusiasm for a transfer at this time.
As a result, Fiorentina may need to shift their focus back to other alternatives as they work to strengthen their attacking options for Grosso, with Koleosho still among those under consideration.
