This Sunday (10th), Flamengo will take on Grêmio at the Arena in Porto Alegre at 7:30 p.m. (Brasília time) for Matchday 15 of the 2026 Brasileirão.

Currently ranked second in the league with 27 points (having one game in hand), Rubro-Negro aims to keep pressure on the leaders, Palmeiras, who have 33 points.

On the other hand, Grêmio finds itself in a challenging position at 15th place with just 17 points.

Following their last match—a decisive 3-0 victory over Riestra in the Copa Sudamericana—coach Luís Castro made some changes to the lineup, substituting Balbuena and Noriega for Wagner Leonardo and Willian, respectively.

Flamengo, whose Copa Libertadores match against Independiente Medellín was called off, will have coach Leonardo Jardim starting Varela, Léo Ortiz, Ayrton Lucas, Gonzalo Plata, and Pedro, replacing Emerson Royal, Danilo, Alex Sandro, Luiz Araújo, and Bruno Henrique.
