What a thrilling spectacle we just witnessed!
In an exhilarating first half in Atlanta, underdog Haiti took the lead twice, only for Morocco to equalize both times.
The first goal was a result of a fantastic team play by Haiti, with Lenny Joseph executing a clever backheel goal just ten minutes in.

Despite Joseph’s impressive feat, the goal was later recorded as an own goal credited to Moroccan keeper Yassine Bounou.
Morocco quickly responded with a tap-in from Achraf Hakimi, but Haiti quickly regained the advantage with a stunning strike from Wilson Isidor, a contender for goal of the tournament.
It was such an incredible shot that even a Morocco fan had to appreciate it!
However, the Atlas Lions equalized again soon after with a goal from Ismael Saibari, making him the first African player to score in all three group matches at a men’s World Cup, justifying his transfer to German powerhouse Bayern Munich.
With the score at 2-2, is this the most exciting first half of the tournament so far?
