Guernsey faced a setback in the semi-final, losing 3-1 to the Isle of Man, but bounced back to defeat the Isle of Wight 5-1 in the third-place play-off the following day.
In the third-place match, Millie played a pivotal role by assisting Guernsey’s first three goals, setting up team-mate Heidi Dawber, who scored a hat-trick within the first 32 minutes to give Guernsey a commanding 3-0 lead.
The Isle of Wight managed to pull one back just before half-time with a long-range shot from Thea Broadhead, but Emilie Jeffreys then assisted Millie to extend the lead to 4-1 with 18 minutes remaining.
Emilie capped off the victory with a goal in stoppage time, making it a memorable game for the sisters, who contributed to every Guernsey goal.

“I’ve been looking forward to this opportunity for as long as I can remember, and it’s finally here,” Emilie Jeffreys shared with BBC Radio Guernsey.
“This is a special moment for us; it has always been our dream to be on the pitch together at the same time.”
‘Just the Beginning’
The sisters are set to leave the island soon to join York City’s academy program, where they will pursue academic qualifications while embarking on a pathway towards the club’s women’s team.
“Our big goal is to become professional footballers,” said Hollie Jeffreys.

“Moving to York is a significant step in that direction, and we hope it helps us elevate our game even further.”
Millie Jeffreys expressed her eagerness, saying, “I can’t wait to get started. This is just the beginning, and what lies ahead is sure to be really special.”
