Crystal Palace manager Pierre Sage may turn to his former club, RC Lens, according to a report from L’Équipe.
Sage made the move to Crystal Palace after successfully guiding Lens to a second-place finish in Ligue 1 and winning the Coupe de France. Reports from Sky Sports indicate that the Premier League club is interested in Lens midfielder Mamadou Sangaré, who is also a target for Manchester United.

In addition to a potential move for Sangaré, Crystal Palace is also exploring options to reinforce their defense. According to L’Équipe, the London club is interested in Toulouse FC defender Charlie Cresswell, who has drawn strong interest from Stade Rennais.
While the Premier League outfit is actively pursuing the former England youth international, L’Équipe suggests they are also monitoring Lens’ defenders, although specific targets have not been disclosed. Notably, Ismaelo Ganiou and Samson Baidoo had successful seasons under Sage, who is now at Selhurst Park.
