Chesterfield FC has acquired former Bristol Rovers forward Ruel Sotiriou and Leyton Orient’s Josh Koroma on a season-long loan.
Sotiriou, who is 25 years old, began his career with Leyton Orient, netting 35 goals in 153 league appearances before moving to Rovers in June 2024. He concluded last season with Hapoel Jerusalem in Israel.
Koroma, aged 27, scored three goals in 33 League One matches for Orient last season.
“Ruel joins us at a great age and will contribute both energy and experience to the squad,” said Chesterfield’s assistant manager Danny Webb in a statement on the club’s website.
The club has not disclosed details regarding the duration of the contract for Cyprus international Sotiriou.
