Norwich defender Ruairi McConville believes that the teammates he plays alongside at Carrow Road will contribute to his development as a footballer.
The 21-year-old Northern Ireland international struggled for playing time under former head coach Liam Manning but has now started 19 consecutive league matches since Philippe Clement took charge, building a solid defensive partnership with Jose Cordoba.

Last season, Norwich finished in ninth place, falling eight points short of playoff contention, but they concluded their campaign strongly, winning 13 of their last 20 matches.
“We all share the same ambition; we all aspire to be Premier League footballers,” McConville told BBC Radio Norfolk.
“I believe I’m at the best club, with the best manager to support me, and I’m surrounded by a fantastic group of players who will help me improve.”
The Canaries are set to begin their Championship campaign against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, August 15.
