Defender Ellis Iandolo has officially extended his contract with Colchester United.
The 28-year-old left-back has been with the U’s for the past three seasons, accumulating 96 appearances across all competitions and netting three goals.
He joined the club in June 2023, following a successful stint with Swindon Town, where he made over 150 appearances.
His previous contract ended after last season, during which Colchester finished in 12th place in League Two. The duration of his new deal has not been revealed by the club.
In preparation for the upcoming season, Colchester has also signed left-back Jake Leake from Oldham Athletic and defender Sean Raggett during the summer transfer window. They are gearing up for the new season, which kicks off on Saturday, 8 August, with a Carabao Cup first-round fixture against Southampton at home (17:30 BST).
