According to various reports from sources in Italy, Juventus has finalized a deal with Genoa to permanently acquire Italy U21 striker Jeff Ekhator, while young talent David Puzcka will be moving in the opposite direction.
Ekhator Poised for Juventus Transition
As reported by Tuttosport and other outlets, Juventus has reached a complete agreement with Genoa to sign Ekhator for a guaranteed fee of €16 million, with an additional €2 million possible through bonuses and add-ons.
The 19-year-old forward, who netted three goals in Serie A last season, is set to sign a five-year contract in Turin, which will pay him around €1.3 million each year.
While technically a separate transaction, Juventus’ promising player Puzcka is expected to move to Genoa for €5 million, plus bonuses, along with a 10% sell-on clause. Some reports suggest that Juventus may also have a buy-back option in this deal.
Recent reports indicate that Bologna, Atalanta, and Real Betis had shown interest in Ekhator earlier this summer, but their offers did not meet Genoa’s asking price of €15 million. Juventus was willing to exceed this amount to expedite the deal.

Juventus is also expected to advance discussions with Paris Saint-Germain regarding the potential return of Randal Kolo Muani, who had a remarkable loan stint with the Bianconeri, scoring once every two games in 16 Serie A outings during the latter part of the 2024-25 season.
The two clubs are reportedly negotiating a loan deal with an obligation to purchase for a fee between €30 million and €40 million.
